Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain all HR & Administrative issues of the factory as per labor law benchmark and preset standard.
∎ Supervising day-to-day operations of HR & Administration department in factory.
∎ Good experience of recruitment understands target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, and negotiation with candidates. Manage time & attendance, transfer, confirmation, payroll, disciplinary procedure, compliance issues, Buyer's audit, etc.
∎ Ensure all licenses, renewals, and new permission if required along with other relevant necessary papers required for the Factory.
∎ To maintain administrative & human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Manage the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
∎ Ensure 100% implementation of Buyer's COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules 2015.
∎ To ensure the factories always prepared/ ready for following audits like, social compliance audit, Technical/ Quality Assurance audit, Security System audit, RSC audit etc.
∎ To have sound knowledge and capable to handle audits (BSCI, WARP, SEDEX, GRS, GOTS, RCS, OCS, GMP and different buyers' technical audits).
∎ Monitoring inventory of office supplies and purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints.
∎ Regular checkup fire protection, implement fire drill, standing fire pump.
∎ Ensure a risk-free work environment through preventing unexpected safety hazards and formulating risk mitigation plan.
∎ Negotiate and administer the Factories administrative issues with Govt. offices, Local bodies and any other important 3rd parties.
∎ To maintain liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BGMEA, BKMEA, BEPZA, compliance auditors, BERC, fire & civil defense department, labor office, Environment office, local influences etc.
∎ Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
∎ Any other job as may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and New Amendment rules.
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
∎ Working knowledge in ERP system and advanced proficiency in MS office (specifically Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint).
∎ Competent in verbal and written communication in Bangla and English.
∎ Conceptual, analytical, documentation and presentation skills
