Experience:
5+ years in an HR leadership role, managing a team of direct reports.
6+very good understanding of BD labor law & updated with several compliance aspects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills & good planning and organizational skills.
The ability to work under pressure & can-do attitude, Able to take challenges.
Exemplary communication ability, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively influence.
Experienced in implementing standard COC, compliance practices and buyer standard decentralized culture-driven work environments.
Factory`s HR, compliance, and administration. Should be well versed labor laws, labor rules, and HR regulations, particularly as they pertain to the garment industry.
Proficient in different audit such as ISO Audit, Accord - Alliance requirement, QMS, BSCI, SEDEX audit, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, OEKO-TEX.
Ensure HR Admin and Compliance practices as per company policy.
Managing and recruiting connected with Human Resources Planning, Organogram, Job Description, Advertisement, Interview, Selection, Placement, Personal File, and Induction program.
Management of staff transition i.e. probation, confirmation, increment, and transfer and issuance letter on time.
Provide day-to-day administration support related to logistics, security, transport and housekeeping, support staff supervision, etc.
Coordinate annual performance appraisal process.
Liaison with local govt. & non-govt. officer/official.
Ensure all technical, social, security, and legal compliance issues of the factory.
Need to prepare daily compliance reports, and arrange training sessions.
Assist in Audit booking, prepare CAP Report & day-to-day audit follow-up.
Maintain liaison with Buyer & third-party auditors regularly.
Maintain all documents as required by law.
Implement social and technical compliance-related guidelines.
Assist to Handle with 3rd party audits.
Maintain and ensure all compliance-related issues i.e. buyer COC and legal requirements as per BLL, Alliance, Accord, Etc.
Ensure EMS (Environment Management System) in the factories.
Ensure Health Safety related issues.
