• Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely. 

• Should have knowledge in Social and Technical area.

• Able to work independently and proactively.

• Strong leadership and team management skill.

• 2 to 3 Years as a Production Manager

• Monitor and control all production process in sewing/cutting/finishing section.

• Monitor production target every hour of a day.

• Report production head about daily & total production status according to order and style.

• Distribute duties and responsibilities of subordinates, supervise their work and keep connection with the respective department.

• Check lay out plan in order to achieve maximum production.

• Keep close eyes for achieving production target in order to implement the production schedule.

• Inform higher authority immediately if the target is not achieved for any reason.

• Failure to achieve production target without logical reason so to want explanation from In-charge/Line-chief and take necessary action immediately.

• Keep the responsible area neat, clean and in hygienic condition.

• Follow the principle of cost minimizing.

• Ensure the good quality of the products.

• Any Other tasks as relevant with this role assigned by the Management.
