∎ MBA (HRM)/ Masters in any discipline from a recognized University.
∎ PGD HRM & Social Compliance will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compliance, HR Admin
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsible for HR, Admin & Compliance related activities.
∎ Handel all types of Buyer's/ Social Compliance Audit & organize the factory
∎ Develop an effective compliance training program,
∎ Maintain and revise policies and procedures for the Compliance Program and run day-to-day operation.
∎ Monitor compliance certification like WRAP, BSCI, ISO, SEDEX, OEKOTEX, ACCORD, & ALLINCE etc and able to face their different audits with requirements.
∎ Prepare audit CAP Report and follow up reports.
∎ Internal Auditing and sharing corrective measures with concerned department.
∎ Follow up compliance related assignments.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Garments Industries will get preference.
∎ Strong knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR) and Labor Law with amendment.
∎ Training on Kaizen, Internal Auditor course on ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015, Fire Safety course.
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English.
