Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain layout and production target.
∎ Maintain take the order sheet and discuses shipment schedule.
∎ Monitor store , cutting, sewing and finishing.
∎ Monitor hourly production target.
∎ Full ability to support production.
∎ Monitor give shipment time to time.
∎ Controlling the cost reduction also better productivity and quality improvement.
∎ Make sure suitable production plan with team.
∎ Build up strong team production key point area.
∎ Follow and ensure hourly production achievable without delay.
∎ Ensure all critical operation quality point with measurement.
∎ Make sure quality full product with buyer requirement.
∎ According to SMV layout makes & sets.
∎ Procedure of high production and improve efficiency.
∎ Maintaining and controlling any others responsibilities by the top management.

Maintaining on time delivery schedule and commitment to the buyers which helped us to flourish and grow our business only within a span of fourteen years. Eventually it has been grown-up as a group of company. Today we have our own embroidery unit and most of the accessories (Elastic, draw string, sewing thread, twill tape, bungi cord, poly bag, etc) produced by us.
