∎ Make sure all pattern and machine technical issue. pilot / size set step.
∎ Machine Pre setup with critical operation .
∎ Quickly decision making to machine technical issue.
∎ Maintain and control special pre setup machine requirement.
∎ Ensure all critical operation quality point with measurement.
∎ Cost minimize by time save.
∎ Drive machine maintenance team to have most suitable machine ready prior to production.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.

“Lucky Star Apparels” and “AJ Fashions” are our two production facilities being run under the Banner of “AJ International” and are “WRAP” certified factory, producing best quality products. Maintaining on time delivery schedule and commitment to the buyers which helped us to flourish and grow our business only within a span of fourteen years. Eventually it has been grown-up as a group of company. Today we have our own embroidery unit and most of the accessories (Elastic, draw string, sewing thread, twill tape, bungi cord, poly bag, etc) produced by us.
