Job Context:
∎ Examine and evaluate the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the Factory Administration and HR procedures and recommend corrective actions for smooth operations and healthy working environment of the Factory premises.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take full responsibility of Factory HR & Administration and Compliance.
∎ Ensure HR issues - Plan, develop, recruit, maintain and lead a team - which also includes policies and procedures.
∎ Execution of company's HR and administrative plans, policies and decisions of the Management.
∎ Control & supervise the entire logistic support for factory operation.
∎ Day to day supervision of employee disciplinary matter in accordance with existing labor laws and company policy.
∎ Coordinate & liaison with Govt., semi Govt., private parties and have to handle any crisis situation effectively and efficiently.
∎ Monitor & follow up proper management, maintenance of company assets, equipment vehicle, security and safety issues.
∎ Effectively manage the welfare and administration process whilst ensuring statutory compliance.
∎ Ensure labor law practices, uniform social compliance and human right standard throughout the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 7 years of experience in any reputed company wherein 3 years in similar position in a reputed RMG production Unit.
∎ Experience in washing factory will be an added advantage.
∎ Have to have critical Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Law and its compliance in the organization.
∎ Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
∎ Must be a team player with leadership skills.
