Recruitment & Selection
Design and execute impactful recruitment strategies to attract the best talent.
Manage the full hiring journey — from job posting, screening, and interviews to smooth onboarding.
Employee Relations
Build a positive workplace culture and address conflicts with fairness and tact.
Ensure strict compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Training & Development
Identify skill gaps and roll out targeted training programs.
Track training outcomes to ensure effectiveness and impact.

Supervise accurate monthly payroll processing.
Ensure timely delivery of benefits in line with company policy.
Administration Management
Office & Facility Management
Oversee daily office operations and ensure all facilities run seamlessly.
Manage vendor contracts and service agreements.

Maintain accurate HR and administrative records.
Prepare insightful reports for management decision-making.
Event & Logistics Management
Plan and execute corporate events, meetings, and team activities.
Handle all logistics for travel and official engagements.
