Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory control, sales performance, and overall customer service.
- Take active part in direct sales, engaging with customers to understand their needs, promote products, and drive conversions.
- Train, supervise, and motivate shop staff to achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
- Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and visually appealing to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
- Monitor and analyze daily sales and inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and recommend improvement strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
- Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute in-store promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal sales activities.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as needed to support business operations.
