• Higher Secondary
• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Retail Store, Chain shop, Super store, Grocery shop

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory control, sales performance, and overall customer service.
• Take active part in direct sales, engaging with customers to understand their needs, promote products, and drive conversions.
• Train, supervise, and motivate shop staff to achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring excellent customer experience.
• Ensure the shop remains clean, organized, and visually appealing to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
• Monitor and analyze daily sales and inventory data to identify trends, optimize stock levels, and recommend improvement strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with the management team to plan and execute in-store promotions, marketing campaigns, and seasonal sales activities.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as needed to support business operations.
