∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop, including inventory management, sales performance, and customer service·
∎ Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences·
∎ Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for customers·
∎ Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth·
∎ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner·
∎ Collaborate with management to develop and implement promotional activities and marketing campaigns.
∎ Any Other Task Assigned by the management.
