• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets in the assigned area.
• Monitor sales performance and take necessary actions to meet targets.
• Appoint and develop new distributors in potential markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing distributors.
• Ensure proper stock availability at distributor points.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Increase product availability in retail outlets within the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
