We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive to help grow our fashion brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, increasing brand awareness, and executing high-performing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns to maximize ROAS.
Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, and Performance Max).
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Work closely with the creative team to produce engaging fashion content, reels, videos, and promotional campaigns.
Plan campaigns for new arrivals, flash sales, seasonal collections, and festivals.
Optimize website traffic and conversion through SEO and landing page improvements.
Monitor campaign performance using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Manage influencer and creator collaborations.
Execute email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
Analyze competitors and identify market opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing (Fashion or E-commerce preferred).
Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong understanding of customer acquisition, conversion optimization, and remarketing.
Experience working with e-commerce platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.
