Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.

• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.

• Monitor inventory, stock movement, and coordinate replenishment.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.

• Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions.

• Recruit, train, and evaluate branch employees.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security procedures.

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and sales activities at the branch.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

• Candidates with relevant retail experience may receive preference.

Experience Requirements

• 3+years of experience in fashion retail, lifestyle retail, or a similar industry.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or branch management role.
