• Handle customer queries and sales through multiple platforms

• Manage sales across Facebook Inbox, Website, WhatsApp, TikTok, Google, Phone Calls, and other channels

• Provide accurate product information and assist customers in purchase decisions

• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales

• Process orders and ensure smooth communication until delivery

• Maintain daily sales records and update customer data

• Achieve monthly and daily sales targets

• Ensure professional and fast response to all customer inquiries

• Coordinate with relevant teams for order confirmation and support

• Maintain high level of customer satisfaction and brand reputation

• Expert in Technical Internet Browsing & Online Research

• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets (Data Entry, Tracking & Reporting)

• Fast and accurate typing in both Bangla & English

• Ability to handle multiple online platforms efficiently

• Basic computer literacy with attention to detail

• Strong time management and communication skills

• Over time allowance,Tour allowance
