Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide HR guidance and input on restructures and workforce planning. Prepare manpower budget & costing accordingly
∎ Analyse and ensure the implementation of employee recruitment, Casual staff management of the factory.
∎ Ensure and manage of factory staff recruitment, selection, orientation programme, besides ensuring appointment and confirmation of the newly joined and confirmed employees.
∎ Ensure attendance and leave management of all types of employees in the factory.
∎ Ensure workforce planning of every section considering productivity analysis and productivity impact analysis after staff training/exam/interview conducted.
∎ Ensure salary, overtime and benefits administration of the factory on time and prepare different types of report as and when required by the management.
∎ To monitor and ensure strict compliance of all HR and Admin related policies and procedures.
∎ Ensures a safe, secure, and well-maintained facility that meets environmental, health, hygiene, food safety and security standard and resolve labor disputes and grievances
∎ Designed training calendar and implement training of factory staffs for capacity building.
∎ Drive and guide to the factory management to ensure effective PMS process and give necessary inputs for managing performance and reward management.
∎ Implement the compliance policy and procedures and sustain the code of ethics throughout the workplace.
∎ Working closely with administration to design and implement Admin related and Administrative affairs.
∎ Maintain liaison with the local police station, government/ semi- government office, etc. for various needs by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Skilled in Factory management, Safety measures, Fire preventaion etc
∎ Sound understanding in Bangladesh Labor Act
∎ Knowledge on HR policy, HR Operations
∎ Ability to manage individuals and teams
∎ Business operations knowledge
∎ Computer knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel
