Skills Required: Additional Requirements: - Minimum 7–10 years of experience in hospital or healthcare management.

- Knowledge of Satelite clinic,healthcare policies, maternal & child health programs, and quality improvement standards.
- Computer literacy (MS Office, hospital management software preferred).
- Commitment to working in rural health settings and improving community healthcare access.
Responsibilities & Context: About Us:
Alekjan Maternity and Child Welfare Centre, operated under the Quasem Foundation, is dedicated to providing quality maternal, neonatal, and child health services to the rural community since 1958. With a strong focus on compassionate care, efficiency, and community engagement, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Manager (Hospital Management).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth service delivery in outpatient, inpatient, maternity, and child health units.
- Monitor and supervise medical, nursing, paramedic, and support staff to maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
- Ensure high-quality patient care services with a focus on maternal and child health.
- Implement and monitor hospital policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and compliance with health regulations.
- Manage administrative functions including HR, logistics, inventory, and procurement.
- Maintain accurate medical records, patient data, and prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports.
- Develop strategies to improve patient satisfaction, service efficiency, and community outreach programs.
- Coordinate with local health authorities, NGOs, and partner organizations for program expansion and support.
- Ensure proper financial management including budgeting, cost control, and resource utilization.
- Lead staff training, capacity-building activities, and performance evaluation.
