Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chemical store, Garments Accessories, Good Knowledge in Garments Accessories Raw Material, Store/ inventory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team for effective management of store operation as an in-charge.
∎ Understanding the specification and quality of Raw materials, WIP, and Fixed Goods
∎ Responsible for entering data & preparing management reports based on computerized inventory/ERP system.
∎ Maintaining FIFO & LIFO system & follows Management /Company procedure.
∎ To prepare Consumption report for all product.
∎ Tracking system - BIN card and rack cell number established by visually and computerized in store.
∎ Ensure timely delivery and dispatch, accurately against each order. Ensure minimum stock level.
∎ To follow up monthly raw material and finished goods requirement plan.
∎ Monitoring and coordinate the status of all surplus/left over/absolute/scrap items and to initiate action for disposal.
∎ Check daily movement report. Daily Stock level follow up.
∎ Coordinate with the department head to ensure material receive and issue.
∎ Supervise stock position of materials.
∎ Coordinate with delivery team to ensure smooth delivery.
∎ Before authorization, check the status of submitted indent from concerned section/department.
∎ Maintaining of all Order's & Buyer's ways after Shipment closing & Style closing reports.
∎ Inventory Analysis, Store Analysis, Demand Forecasting
∎ Any other job assigned by higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Expert Analytical Skills and Tools, Six Sigma Certification is highly valued, Expert Level Data Analysis
∎ Having a moderate level of MS-word, MS-excel & ERP System expertise
