Job Responsibilities:
∎ To use in depth knowledge of overseas shoes industry to create new businesses.
∎ To forecast, analyze and develop market in the overseas for creating a proper product line.
∎ Overseeing marketing and manufacturing of products from sample and development to shipment.
∎ Identifying operational, manufacturing and facility problems to ensure minimum costs and prevent operational delays and to meet future growth.
∎ To develop production strategies and identifying opportunities to develop strategic plans.
∎ To develop and manage factory budgets to beat expectations.
∎ To do product costing and analyzing the profitability of the business.
∎ To work on continuous improvement of the efficiency and accuracy for production scheduling systems and processes.
∎ To coordinate all other works to establish a highly advanced footwear factory.
∎ To perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ At least 10 years of experience in footwear merchandising and production.
∎ Ability to analyze and research the market trend and business growth.
∎ Extensive knowledge on footwear production machineries.
∎ Extensive knowledge on raw materials sourcing and preparing samples.
∎ Ability to plan, develop and establish production lines.
