Experience:

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Diploma in Engineering in Textile Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

• Age 35 to 45 years
• Only Male

• Academic qualification may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate.

• At least 10-year (s) experience as Finishing Manager in any 100% export oriented RMG factory.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication & problem-solving skills.

• Follow up daily order closing based on production plan to make sure meet on-time deliveries.

• Better utilization of manpower based on company budgeted Man Machine Ratio (MMR)

• Manpower balancing based on daily plan requirement and stay connected with relevant Material and Order Planner, Merchandising, Production, IPE, QC and QA to stay updated for each process.

• Monitor hourly/daily ironing & packing production based on daily production plan target.

• Optimize Manpower Utilization.

• Monthly, hourly, and daily target follow up.

• Order quantity completion as per PO wise, style-wise, color-wise, and reconciliation.

• Resolve technical bottlenecks in the floor for smooth production flow to achieve the right quality and quantity.

• Maintain on-time Shipment schedule.

• WIP Control.

• Minimize Wastage in terms of quality rejection in order to fulfill order quantity.

• Maintain the highest standard of quality.

• Skill development on the floor.

• Labor Turnover and absenteeism control as per plan.

• Maintain a Safe, Compliant, and pleasant workplace.

• Ensuring production lines are properly balanced for target output based on the skill matrix.

• Ensures that machine layout is as per IE bulletin with Machine servicing done by the Maintenance Team having all the protective devices on like needle guard/eye guards are in place.

• Arrange the size set sample for the line.

• Coordinates with all the concerns so that apparel manufacture progresses as per plan.

• Monitors progress of production against production plan.

• To ensures that all workstations are properly illuminated and ready to take input.

• Provide job assignments to supervisors, Line Chief, and other subordinates.

• Set up procedure to avoid finishing mistake and monitor closely with team members.
