Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fixing Manpower Style wise From IE Department.
∎ Ensure The Trimming In-house Before start the Production.
∎ Ensure The Quality as per Buyer Requirements Comments and Approved Sample like Trimming Pressing, Quality and Packing
∎ with Metal detector P.O sizes, Color, and Country wise Pack.
∎ Ensure The Working Hour target and achievement.
∎ Reporting to production Management correctly in time.
∎ Ensure the Pre-Final and Final Inspection.
∎ Ensure the closer Report Including Cutting sewing Washing and Finishing.
∎ Ensure the All Compliance issues at the Finishing area.
∎ Ensure the Good liaison with Buyers Representative and follow their Guideline accordingly.
∎ Ensure the Internal Discipline.
∎ Receiving sewing garments from sewing floor to Finishing Floor as per Style, PO, Color.
∎ Start Iron as per shipment urgency.
∎ Collect all Finishing Accessories (Hang Tag, Price Ticket, Poly Ctn Etc) from store & make separation as per PO & Country.
∎ Timely Goods ready for Final Inspection and delivery.
∎ Shipment information send to Commercial Department.
∎ Goods ready for Pre-Final and Final Inspection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skill.
∎ Excellent computer knowledge.
∎ Ability to do work under pressure.
