Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Research and update knowledge to develop new types of fabrics as per requirement.Responsible for maintaining production and rejection as per available knitting machines.
∎ Analyze M/C downtime causes & take corrective action about production & productivity.
∎ Supervise the shift scheduling of staff for effective results of trouble shooting, break down maintenance, change over and research.
∎ Research on Yarn, to finalize the set of its quality parameters (of raw material) for supreme quality of final product.
∎ Activities about Fiber Analysis, Yarn analysis, swatch analysis, fabrics design analysis, & strength analysis.
∎ Set up the knitting parameter so that it can achieve the ultimate fabric quality and also to prepare a fabric S.O.P according to customer demand.
∎ Develop discipline by implementing the rules & regulation in knitting department.
∎ Follow up till Dyeing finishing & Cutting Section for any kinds of knitting quality problems.
∎ Take necessary steps to achieve daily, weekly & monthly production target with quality.
∎ Coordinate with Merchandising, CAD, Dyeing, Finishing & Cutting Section Responsible to meet 35 tons dyeing capacity both inside factory & outside factories.Closely monitoring 110 knitting machine production & quality, quantity in time.
