Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of knit Garments production in the particular area of the factory as per the buyer's specifications.
∎ Communicate with buying QCs and Technician to resolve technical issues to achieve desire quality.
∎ Develop quality SOP, quality, and product safety Manuals for good quality management.
∎ Implement all technical requirements of the buyer for technical audit.
∎ Evaluate fit/ size set sample, quality sample, PP production sample etc. based on customer standard.
∎ Develop yearly training calendar and securing the execution of required technical training for the department as per the TNA & calendar.
∎ Examine Sketches, sample articles and design specifications to determine shapes and sizes of pattern parts.
∎ Identifying and applying the best suitable processes to solve development issues.
∎ Experienced to handle large volume of new styles sample development and to be ensured customers standards.
∎ Provide necessary assistance in Pattern making, fitting and garments construction sample development.
∎ Responsible for the quality of the garments and providing necessary guidelines.
∎ Coordinate with Cutting, Sewing and finishing department.
∎ Critical Balancing of lines as required by the styles and capable of utilizing operators to do multiple operations (processes) to complete the sewing.
∎ Resolve technical issues on the floor to ensure production flow.
∎ Training the technical team and assisting them in improving the routine operations of the department.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
