Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Have to have a strong & fostering collaboration with Merchandising & Fashion designing team and communicate regularly in order to plan the purchase the fabrics & accessories as per their requirements.
∎ Mast have proven experience in fabric & accessories procurement.
∎ Ability to work well under pressure and have to be excellent team player.
∎ Leading the fabrics & accessories procurement activities such as sourcing of quotations, preparing comparative statement, price negotiation with authentic vendors and placing orders as per management's approval.
∎ Accountable for sourcing fabric suppliers & garments accessories to purchase quality materials in competitive price and follow up the purchase order in time to time.
∎ Should have strong knowledge about the market trends and fabric quality to ensure that the company is procuring materials with competitive price.
∎ Providing fabrics, accessories and other required goods to specific units as and when required following the proper SOP.
∎ Making purchase orders /work orders, follow up deliveries, settling suppliers' bills and payments.
