Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop the ERP Software planning, operation and follow up.
∎ Customizing and configuring workflow to facilitate ERP integration with other applications (interface).
∎ Communicate with developers to ensure functional requirements can be met technically & within specific timelines.
∎ Assist software development team lead in the technical and systems design expertise by contributing to the architecture, development, and testing of software applications.
∎ Must have clear understanding on Object Oriented Programming and Design Principles.
∎ Must have professional experience on core application development using C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core including its Extensibility Models, MSSQL, Entity Framework, Routing, Model Binding, Web Services, Restful Web APIs.
∎ Must have experience writing SQL queries, Store Procedures, Functions.
∎ Working experience with AngularJS would be given preferable.
∎ Knowledge on Software Development Architecture, Software Development Life Cycle.
∎ Maintain high standards of software quality. Uses best practices and follows appropriate coding standards. Ensure that all security policies are followed and enforced.
∎ Proactively engage product owners in the design, priority setting, development of user stories, and implementation of projects.
∎ Ability to work on multiple projects by taking full responsibility and leadership role.
∎ Facilitate meetings and training demos, as necessary. Presenting and explaining solution design decisions and justifications in walkthrough sessions with stakeholders and IT team members.
∎ Analyze the requirements of end users, test and integrate applications.
∎ Supervising & coordinating the other staff’s operation on ERP software.
∎ Daily and Monthly attendance reports generate using software.
∎ Provide technical support for all workshop, meeting and events (as and when needed).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 5 years' relevant work experience in ERP Implementation in any reputed organization
∎ Having prior RMG industry experience will be an added advantage
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multi task and remain organized, meet deadlines
