Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years of practical experience in ERP-based data management within the Garments, Textile, or Manufacturing Industry.
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain productivity.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a team environment.Strong understanding of Procurement, Inventory Management, Store Operations, and ERP workflows.
Advanced hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including:VLOOKUP, XLOOKUPIF, SUMIF, COUNTIF FunctionsConditional FormattingData ValidationPivot TablesData Analysis & ReportingStrong analytical, reporting, reconciliation, and problem-solving capabilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Proven experience in handling large volumes of data with maximum accuracy.
Strong hands-on experience in ERP transaction processing and data management.
Sound knowledge of ERP modules including: Purchase Management, Sales Management, Order Processing, Billing & Invoicing, Inventory & Stock ManagementStock Adjustment & ReconciliationMaster Data Management.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy in both English and Bangla.
Ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and maintain ERP data integrity.Experience in generating and analyzing operational reports from ERP systems.
Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in Garments ERP systems such as TexERP, Logic ERP, Datatex, Fast React, SAP, Oracle ERP, or similar platforms.
Special Requirement:
The candidate must be highly skilled in ERP data entry operations and capable of independently handling all ERP-related transactions, master data maintenance, report generation, data verification, reconciliation, and cross-functional coordination activities. This position requires a highly dependable individual who can ensure data accuracy and system integrity at all times.
Perform and oversee all purchase-related data entry activities in the ERP system.
Create, update, and maintain Purchase Requisitions (PR), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and other procurement transactions.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all ERP purchase data and records.
Verify purchase documents before ERP entry and maintain proper documentation.
Coordinate with Purchase, Commercial, Store, Inventory, Accounts, and Production departments to ensure smooth data flow and transaction processing.
Monitor pending transactions and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly procurement and inventory-related reports from the ERP system.
Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and ERP operating procedures.
Support ERP audits, stock reconciliations, and management reporting requirements.
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for ERP data management.
Provide ERP-related support and training to users when required.
Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management related to ERP and procurement data management.
