Responsibilities & Context:

• Perform daily data entry, data processing and record management.

• Prepare and maintain MS Excel sheets, reports and statements.

• Create, edit and format documents using MS Word.

• Perform Excel-based calculations, sorting, filtering and basic data analysis.

• Design and edit basic documents, images and office materials using Adobe Photoshop.

• Handle printing, scanning, photocopying and document formatting.

• Maintain digital and physical files and documentation.

• Manage email, internet browsing and office correspondence.

• Verify and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Provide day-to-day computer and administrative support.
