Responsibilities & Context:
Perform daily data entry, data processing and record management.
Prepare and maintain MS Excel sheets, reports and statements.
Create, edit and format documents using MS Word.
Perform Excel-based calculations, sorting, filtering and basic data analysis.
Design and edit basic documents, images and office materials using Adobe Photoshop.
Handle printing, scanning, photocopying and document formatting.
Maintain digital and physical files and documentation.
Manage email, internet browsing and office correspondence.
Verify and update data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Provide day-to-day computer and administrative support.
