Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations of lift systems, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance with safety standards.
Monitor lift performance and implement measures to meet operational benchmarks.
Coordinate and prioritize preventive and breakdown maintenance with the maintenance team.
Plan and implement long-term maintenance and system upgrade strategies.
Conduct routine inspections and audits to ensure reliability and compliance.
Enforce adherence to safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and maintenance documentation.
Oversee procurement and ensure availability of required parts, tools, and equipment.
Monitor and control spare parts inventory effectively.
Act as the primary liaison with third-party contractors for external maintenance services.
