Job Context:
∎ WORKING CONDITIONS
∎ Emergency circumstances require 24-hour availability.
∎ Required to travel to various locations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring all Drivers, Supervisor, Ticket Sales Executives are working effectively and efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Monitors and evaluates Operations activities. Includes: vehicle on-time statistics, missed runs, customer complaint data, accident data, and other operations related functions
∎ Communicating effectively with passengers and responding to their requirements
∎ Responsible to handle the accident cases with concerned department.
∎ Liaison with related department i.e. police, local authorities etc.
∎ Tracks and maintains employee attendance system, processes driver and operations staff vacation requests. Maintains/orders necessary driver and staff uniforms.
∎ Ensures drivers have the daily documentation necessary to complete their routes.
∎ Hires, trains, develops, monitors, and evaluates staff. Reviews and recommends personnel actions for approval.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience person will get preference.
∎ Leadership capability is a must.
∎ Should be driven, proactive, innovative and energetic.
∎ Good communication skills.
∎ Strong communication & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Good Computer Skills.
∎ Detailed knowledge of the routes, fares, facilities, policies, procedures, etc. and knowledge of other transport company within the Country..
∎ Detailed knowledge of passengers' transportation services regulations and practices. .
∎ Managerial skills necessary to plan, manage, and coordinate the diverse transportation, maintenance and administrative activities.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills.
∎ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong customer service skills.
∎ Ability to analyze problems, identifies alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions, and implements recommendations in support of Authority and departmental goals.
∎ Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
