• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Lead the team of maintenance and supervision of electrical system with proper manpower allocation

• Attend to and solve problems in Denim Process Machines (Dyeing, Finishing, Inspection, Packing and Utility Machines

• Daily follow-up on preventive and scheduled maintenance. Analyze work progress and production machine performance.

• Prepare electrical material indents, store requisitions, and check the quality of third-party-supplied materials

• Prepare monthly budgets, maintain consumable spare parts records, and submit them to the department chief

• Conduct weekly meetings with the team to analyze and resolve recurring machine faults.

• Ensure all factory compliance-related tasks are completed as required.

• Identify machine issues and perform troubleshooting.

• Coordinate with the Head of Department regarding local and imported spare parts, providing detailed technical information & Cost Reduction.

• Take initiatives to reduce costs related to electrical goods purchases.

• Oversee the effectiveness, productivity, and longevity of machines and it’s performance.

• Provide monthly skill development training to subordinates on electrical engineering tasks.
