  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, and website analytics tools.

  • Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Excellent communication and content creation skills.

  • Familiarity with video marketing and drone photography for real estate.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to promote residential and commercial properties.

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

  • Leverage analytics and market trends to optimize online marketing efforts.

  • Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads through digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  • Optimize landing pages and ad creatives for maximum conversion rates.

  • Implement and monitor retargeting campaigns to nurture leads.

  • Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

  • Oversee content creation, including blogs, videos, and infographics, to boost brand awareness.

  • Engage with online audiences and respond to inquiries to enhance customer experience.

  • Analyze data from Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other digital tools to measure performance.

  • Generate reports on ROI, engagement, traffic, and conversion rates.

  • Integrate digital campaigns with CRM for effective lead nurturing and follow-up.

  • Monitor online reviews and customer feedback.
