∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and Organizing: He/ she will be responsible for developing and implementing operational plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Managing budgets and resources: Responsible for managing budgets and ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to meet operational needs.
∎ Ensuring profitability & quality control: Must ensure that products or services meet quality standards and customer expectations. Must ensure gross margin as per company demand.
∎ Managing relationships with stakeholders: He/she will maintain relationships with suppliers, customers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective operations.
∎ Oversee and Coordinate with the Production and Engineering Team to meet Organizational Needs.
∎ Oversee and Coordinate with the Factory, Sales and Marketing teams.
∎ Take orders from COO and arrange to implement.
∎ Any other relevant responsibilities assigned by the departmental head.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years

∎ Understanding of sales performance metrics
∎ Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
