Job Context:
∎ A leading global manufacturer producing outdoor / athletic clothing, Textiles, Footwear, Backpack having operation in Dhaka, Chattogram EPZ & Overseas are looking for a Manager to lead the Factory(located in Chattogram EPZ) HR Team.
∎ Job purpose: Lead HR & CR Team in achieving company’s short & long term goals with respect to Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations and Social compliance.
∎ Job Scope: HRM, IR & Social Compliance related matters of one or more assigned units in CEPZ

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Over seeing day-to-day activities of HR, CR & Compliance Team.
∎ Implement HR Plan, policies, strategies, initiatives, Values & Code of Conduct of the company.
∎ Contribution towards company’s business through effective Human Resource management including job analysis, hiring, performance management, Training & development, promotion, transfer & retention of desired work force.
∎ Maintain a positive work environment in the factory.
∎ Ensure strict compliance with EPZ Labor Law, applicable provisions of the other laws & regulations concerning with fire safety, environmental safety and customer’s standard on social compliance etc.
∎ Maintain & develop effective workforce through counseling, training & motivation
∎ Managing recruitment and selection, Progressive disciplinary process.
∎ Addressing grievance, complaint of the employees.
∎ Management of payroll, Wage, Compensation & benefit programs.
∎ Support management in decision making, evaluation and promotion procedure.
∎ Internal HR / Compliance auditing and buyer or 3rd party audit coordination etc.
∎ Any other HR/Compliance / IR related jobs as per guidance of HR Manager.
∎ Updated record keeping ( Personal files and all HRM related data, documents)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Female candidates are also encourage to apply
∎ Around 08 to 12 years working experience in core HR functions including 03 to 04 years experience in managerial position at any reputed organization specially in garments sector.
∎ Excellent communication (written & verbal) & Interpersonal skill
∎ Adequate knowledge in computer operation and most common office software, data analysis & presentation skill
∎ Must have capability to drive a large team of HR to a result oriented goal.
∎ Proven leadership, analytical and problem-solving skill and ability
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
