Job Context:
∎ TMSS LPG Ltd is currently looking for professionals for Manager/ Deputy Manager (Business Operation & MIS) for managing all business operations and setting goals across the organization.
∎ Job Location: Corporate office, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall operational efficiency of TMSS LP Gas Limited's sales, marketing, and distribution processes.
∎ Identify and analyze operational bottlenecks, recommend process improvements, and work with relevant teams to streamline operations.
∎ Oversee the collection, storage, and management of relevant data related to sales, marketing, and distribution activities.
∎ Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) that provide accurate and timely information for decision-making and performance tracking.
∎ Generate regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist senior management in making informed decisions.
∎ Implement quality control measures to ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization's operational databases and systems.
∎ Collaborate with various departments, including sales, marketing, supply chain, and customer care, to ensure smooth interdepartmental operations.
∎ Work closely with supply chain and finance teams to optimize inventory levels, balancing stock availability with carrying costs.
∎ Conduct cost-benefit analyses and cost-control measures to optimize operational expenses.
∎ Assist in allocating resources effectively to support different business operations, ensuring alignment with company goals.
∎ Explore opportunities for technology integration to improve business processes and data management.
∎ Provide training and guidance to teams on the proper use of MIS systems and tools for efficient data collection and analysis.
∎ Ensure that all operational processes adhere to relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
∎ Develop contingency plans and effectively manage crises or emergencies related to sales and distribution operations. Identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure business continuity.
∎ Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategic plan by providing insights based on data and operational analyses.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in relevant industry.
∎ Problem-solving ability and finding innovative solutions.
∎ Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office tools and excellent presentation skills.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude
Salary: Negotiable
