Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of possible projects and initiatives in order to improve strategic planning.
∎ Analyzing markets, products and customer profitability and recommending actions to improve business results of new projects.
∎ Work on improvement on existing business operations and processes
∎ Support corporate strategy in business case preparation, presentations creation and data analysis for senior management / business meetings.
∎ Support corporate strategy team in continuously tracking and monitoring key business performance parameters and highlights deviations.
∎ Support finance team to arrange financing for new projects through preparing feasibility report for banks/ NBFIs.
∎ Deriving financial performance target setting through business and competitor analysis as well as external benchmark
∎ Ensure standard management information reports with relevant data to aid management decision making in the department.
∎ Develop and maintain business and financial models that forecast performance under various economic conditions and market scenarios.
∎ Coordination with internal stakeholder for collecting and analysis of data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 37 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 7 - 8 years in the similar field having Management/ Supply Chain Accounting roles exposures in manufacturing industry with min 3 years in a managerial role in MNC or in a well reputed local conglomerate.
∎ Clear understanding on business processes and business planning.
∎ Working knowledge on PnL Management, standard costing systems, ratio analysis, budgets, bridges, forecasting
∎ Working Knowledge on Customs duties, VAT, Taxes & regulatory affairs in setting up a new business
∎ Working knowledge in Corporate policies and procedures regarding financial data
∎ Expertise in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access & PowerPoint)
∎ Project Management & Supervision Skills with decision making ability
∎ Time management and organization skills, Excellent presentation skills
