Educational Requirements:
∎ MSc in Dairy science/Food Engineering/Food Technology from any reputed university.
∎ BSc in Animal Husbandry
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 14 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Direct and supervise the production of dairy food items.
∎ Preparation of manufacturing instructions for production personnel (Production Officer, Shift in-Charge, Production Supervisor & Operator.)
∎ Planning, Designing, Developing, Implementation, Monitoring and controlling production & documentation system of milk plant.
∎ Coordinate with the relevant department and create Action Plan to augment productivity, product quality and smooth production.
∎ Follow up of the production related report on daily basis and ensure accurate production reporting.
∎ Supervise and follow-up Production Team members for smooth operation.
∎ Time to time cooperation with milk collection centers regarding raw milk collection schedule, Milk tanker movement etc.
∎ Time to time cooperation with sales department, brand department & supply chain department regarding production schedule, product quality, raw & packaging materials related issues & Production related information.
∎ Monitoring of all machinery, machineries output and setting parameter of different operational unit of milk plant.
∎ Follow up plants machinery/equipment maintenance needs and coordinate with engineering team for maintenance/repair of any machinery/equipment.
∎ Train up production personnel about milk plant related activities.
∎ Prepare the departmental yearly budget.
∎ Monitor overall OEE of dairy Plant.
∎ Any other relevant duties assigned by Management as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 10-15 years prior work experience in a dairy based food item manufacturing plant.
∎ Pasteurized Milk process experience will be given preference.
∎ Experience in obtaining and maintaining compliance requirements for a food processing facility including ISO, GMP, GHP, HACCP, BSTI etc.
∎ Experience and proven ability working productively with a team serving in both leadership and contributor roles.
