∎ Graduate
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain register and software (Fast React) based production report.
∎ Small volume order- po & size wise cutting & Input ensure.
∎ Short qty order handling capacity.
∎ Responsible for planning, developing and implementing allover cutting production activities.
∎ To responsible for manufacture, modification, selection of cutting process & procedure as per buyers quality parameters or requirements.
∎ To Ensure Fabric reconciliation for cutting department.
∎ To communicate with planning department, production GM and discussion about cut plan.
∎ Cross check daily line plan/batch lot/CAD/cut plan/sewing line production report.
∎ Ensure to auto cutter, spreader machine cutting production in schedule time.
∎ To Maintain and record cutting fabric consumption, collect fabric inspection/ shade band & shrinkage report and monitoring.
∎ To ensure cutting quality inspection after numbering & bundling.
∎ Implement cutting fabric store management policy and discipline.
∎ Ensure properly sewing delivery input and maintain Software report.
∎ To ensure discipline, health and safety precautions.
∎ problems analysis, root cause identification, problem-solving and smooth operation of cutting section.
∎ Attend PP meeting of each style/order and implement cutting guideline.
∎ To take action in case of fabric fault found and to solve the root cause of the problem.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 7/10 years at reputed knit Factory.
∎ Computer skills, especially good at MS excel and word.
∎ Can read and write relevant documents and emails.
∎ Good working habit, all important documents and files no matter in computer or hard copy can neatly be organized and categorized.
∎ Good communication skills, outgoing personality.
