Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Cutting Production, Knit garments, woven Garments
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure to auto cutter (Lecra, Beirrebi, EMA), spreader machine and software based cutting production in schedule time.
∎ Ensure to Fabric reconciliation for cutting department.
∎ Ensure to Maintain and record cutting fabric consumption.
∎ Ensure to production fabric ready in all average.
∎ To Communicate with planning dept., production GM and discussion about cut plan.
∎ Ensure to Need to collect fabric inspection/ shade band & shrinkage report and monitoring.
∎ Ensure to Shade & shrinkage wise fabric stack & relax 24 hours before cutting.
∎ Ensure to Shrinkage group wise pattern collection from technical department.
∎ Ensure to Style wise cutting quality monitoring.
∎ Ensure to Lay, cutting report & shading chart register check.
∎ Ensure to part inspection from top to bottom.
∎ Ensure to cutting quality inspection after numbering & bundling.
∎ Ensure to prepare fusing attach & bond strength test report as par data sheet.
∎ Any other assignments given by the management time to time.

∎ Age at least 35 years
