• Plan, organize, and supervise all cutting operations for intimate apparel (bra, panty, lingerie, shapewear, etc.) in a cut-to-pack environment.

• Ensure accurate fabric spreading, cutting, numbering, bundling, and issue to sewing lines as per production plan.

• Coordinate closely with Merchandising, Planning, IE, Quality, and Sewing teams to meet daily and weekly production targets.

• Ensure fabric utilization efficiency and minimize fabric wastage in line with company standards.

• Verify and follow approved markers, cut plans, and consumption sheets before bulk cutting.

• Maintain strict adherence to buyer specifications, size sets, patterns, and technical requirements for intimate garments.

• Ensure cutting quality by controlling ply height, fabric alignment, shade variation, and cutting accuracy.

• Monitor cutting defects and take corrective actions to reduce re-cutting and rejection.

• Manage and control cutting room manpower, attendance, productivity, and discipline.

• Ensure proper handling and storage of fabrics, cut panels, and accessories to avoid damage or mix-up.

• Implement and maintain 6S, safety, and compliance standards in the cutting section.

• Prepare and submit daily cutting reports, fabric consumption reports, and efficiency data to management.

• Coordinate with the warehouse and inventory team regarding fabric receipt, issue, and balance.

• Support sample cutting, size set, and pilot run activities as required.

• Ensure compliance with factory SOPs, buyer compliance requirements, and workplace safety regulations.

• Train and develop cutting supervisors, cutters, and helpers to improve efficiency and quality.
