Job Context:
∎ Manager, Customer Relationship Management is responsible to make sure the process is being followed, working with the teams to solve problems on individual cases and supervise the legal and operational issues etc. The goal is to ensure the activities will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency. Manager, CRM will manage people, manage processes and work cross functionally.
∎ Reporting to the Head of CRM and primary responsibility is ensuring organizational effectiveness by providing leadership for the all operational functions for a specific marketplace. Working with the sales team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies and practices.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The manager will be responsible to maintain full compliance of the company documents on behalf of all parties involved and must be process oriented and ensure work to be done as per schedule.
∎ Manager, Customer Relationship Management should be comfortable in dealing with government officials of all levels in the concerned offices such as AC Land, RAJUK & NHA. CRM team will Apply for RAJUK/NHA Sale Permission, arrange Hazira (Appearance) at RAJUK/NHA for the Seller and collect Sale Permission.
∎ Supervise total operations and process of the particular marketplace to ensure long-term success.
∎ Monitoring and coordinating with team for checking Legal Property Ownership Documents for sale ability, vetting of the property in concerned government offices and prepare LEGAL OPINION of the Property based on vetting results.
∎ Direct involvement with critical issues (Internal & External) and set standards and objectives for different functional activities.
∎ Monitoring Daily Team Activities Such As, Document checking Update, Agreement preparation, Commission collection, Transaction update, Overall customer satisfaction, daily reporting to Head of CRM & Top Management.
∎ Coordination with team for collect all Information required for Bank Loan and submit Legal Property Ownership Documents, KYC FORM, SALES AGREEMENT, LEGAL OPINION & Buyer's Loan Application to Bank for Evaluation and Vetting.
∎ Coordination with Sales Function, Daily follows Up with Clients, Handling Compliance, and Communication with clients to retain them.
∎ CRM team will ensure Property Owner/Seller and his necessary documents are available, final Payment is brought during Registration by Buyer or Bank and send SERVICE CHARGE INVOICE to Property Owner/Seller with Service Charge Details
∎ Optimize and oversee the legal and operations to ensure efficiency by establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base and also serving the needs of existing customers.
∎ Undertake sound financial management to ensure the area wise profitability and stay within budget.
∎ Take initiative & legal action according to the management decision and maintaining liaison with various Govt. & Non Govt. Organization when necessary
∎ To report company management and line manager regarding legal affairs. To coordinate with legal advisor regarding all legal issues.
∎ Ensure compliance and set rules with organization's policies and operational guidelines.
∎ Deal with the property owners, buyers and other stakeholders by providing creative and practical solutions.
∎ Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it.
∎ Monitoring the team's performance, developing and motivating them to reach targets.
∎ Report to the senior executives / Head of CRM on progress and issues.
∎ Collecting customer feedback and market research within the region.
∎ Supervise and coach team members on a regular basis.
