Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation from any discipline.
∎ BSc in Engineering will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure every applicable rules/regulations regarding compliance.
∎ To ensure employee occupational / environmental health & safety.
∎ To develop / prepare policies/ procedures regarding health & safety.
∎ To execute required activities internal audit, documentation, monitoring to ensure proper ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 certification.
∎ To ensure Employee welfare.
∎ Provide employee training on compliance related topics, policy & procedure.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh labor law, rules and environmental isuues.
∎ Must have experience of implementing ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
∎ Sound knowledge on social compliance (SA 8000).
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Self-motivated

Salary: Negotiable
