Additional Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years in RMG sector.
  • Should have working experience for brand compliance like- Primark, Inditex, Walmart, PVh, C&A.
  • Proven working experience in RMG Manufacturing Company.
  • Familiarity with industry standard and technical knowledge to conduct any kind of compliance audit.
  • Incumbent must have good command in English for both speaking & writing.
  • Incumbent should be able to work in team & individually.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for all compliance activity & proper coordination with brands sustainability team.
  • Materialization of all compliance procedures & following regularly as per settled SOP.
  • Will be responsible for social, technical, quality & Fire, chemical etc. audit/inspection as per requirement of the Auditor/inspection authority.
  • Responsible for the renewal of all compliance certification (SEDEX, BSCI, Oekotex, Higgs, WRAP etc.) & Scope Certificate (OCS, RCS, GRS, GOTS) before expiry & pro-actively collecting all the relevant data from Respective Departments like Merchandising & Commercial. Should follow CAP properly & reporting accordingly.
  • Implementing Code of Conduct & taking steps to amend it when necessity arises for better working environment.
  • Implementation of Training & awareness to workers when any program is assigned by customer/Brands/Self-awareness. Need to submit subsequent reporting to respective customer as per their given format.
  • Maintaining good relationship of local union in case of any emergency.
  • Maintaining proper relationship with Government Organization to update/renew the legal documents of the organization.
  • Monitoring proper HR file of workers, staffs & ensuring proper working environment keeping Health & Safety feature on top priority.
  • Should be able to handle any disputes between workers, staffs or with management.
  • Should have vast knowledge in all aspects of Compliance & sustainability.
  • Capable of handling multi-location factories.
  • Implementing any other task as assigned by management.
