Job Context

A reputed International Buying Office in Dhaka is looking for competent and experienced Product Developer for Undergarments & active wear department.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative, trend-driven Undergarments, Active-wear designs and seasonal collections aligned with brand and market requirements.
• Apply strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, cutting, and pattern development to ensure proper fit and production feasibility.
• Prepare and manage detailed Tech Packs, including measurements, fabrics, trims, stitching, and finishing guidelines.
• Visualize and present design ideas through CAD,3D designs, sketches, and digital renderings.
• Source fabrics, trims, and accessories while maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
• Support sampling, fittings, PP approvals, timeline management, and prepare, monitor, and submit costing of goods while staying updated on fashion trends and sourcing markets.
