• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Sanitary ware, Tiles/Ceramic, Steel

• Proficient in MS Office and construction/project management software

• Solid understanding of construction methods, materials and project management principles

• Knowledge of quality, health and safety standards

• PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent planning, coordination and decision-making ability

• Effective communication, negotiation and stakeholder management

• Collaborate with engineers, architects and consultants to define project specifications and requirements

• Develop detailed project management and construction schedules for new builds, restoration or refurbishment projects

• Work closely with senior management and stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-effective and high-quality project delivery

• Estimate and plan resource needs including manpower, equipment and materials while maintaining budgetary control

• Oversee all construction operations, scheduling intermediate phases to meet deadlines

• Hire, assign, and supervise contractors, technicians and laborers, ensuring clear communication and direction

• Track progress, evaluate performance and prepare detailed status reports

• Enforce compliance with quality, environmental and health & safety regulations

• Identify risks and propose corrective actions to maintain smooth project execution
