∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Any Discipline, Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dairy

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To increase quantity of QUALITY milk
∎ To ensure milk Fat %, CLR & SNF
∎ To expand milk collection business through farmers
∎ To increase no. of farmers
∎ To develop farmer's knowledge to produce quality milk
∎ To retain loyal Partner
∎ To prepare yearly milk collection forecast and take necessary steps to achieve the target.
∎ To ensure overall chilling center's administrative control and regular monitoring
∎ To follow up competitor's activities and take action accordingly.
∎ To prepare extension & development plan of Chilling center and send proposal to management.
∎ To ensure actual adulteration free milk collection and reduce cost of milk collection.
∎ To monitor training and development of farmers.
∎ To implement new technology in dairy farm.
∎ To follow up regular maintenance of cooling tank and generator.
∎ To communicate with different government organization like dept. of health, fire, labor and union perished etc.
∎ To follow up veterinary doctors & their activities, treatment and AI (Artificial Insemination).

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Able to prepare a project proposal, budget and annual implementing plan.
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ Have an excellent analytical and planning skill.
∎ Able to conduct livestock De-worming and Vaccination Program.
∎ Have ability to manage milk market development project.

Salary: Negotiable
