Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate in any discipline.
∎ But educational Qualification will be relaxed for more experienced candidates.
∎ Skills Required: Cad Pattern Master, Cad Software, To use CAD system to prepare knit garment sample and production mark
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
3 to 4 years experience in same position, 8 to 10 years experience in related department, Cad Software, Knit and Woven
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle technical issues individually.
∎ Organize the Sample & Cad section and ensure that all the employees in the sample & Cad section are efficient in their work.
∎ Reduce cost by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making a hundred percent accurate markers.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency.
∎ Ensure timely attendance of all the employees in the sample & Cad.
∎ Prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern.
∎ Prepare samples after approval from the buyer and send it to the concerned sections of the garments division.
∎ Strictly follow up artwork & measurement sheet & guide to pattern master and sample Supervisor.
∎ Follow-up & arrange fabric, trims, and other accessories.
∎ Communicate with buyers, merchandisers, and factory production staff.
∎ Ensure preparing pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern/sample.
∎ Checks sketching sample & making Sample as per Buyer Requirement.
∎ Controls the sample & Cad section manpower and evaluates sample technicians.
∎ Overseeing the sample development process, planning and allocating capacity in the sample room, and guiding the team to resolve any technical issues.
∎ Overseeing the functions of the CAD room to ensure that the patterns are digitized & graded.
∎ Negotiating on sample delivery dates and obtaining approvals to ensure that the sample development is carried out on-time.
∎ Identifying possible improvements to the Sample & CAD systems and processes in the sample room.
∎ Ensuring that continuous improvements are made to streamline the sample development process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of fabrics consumption, pattern grading, CAD marker, fabrics construction, fabrics quality, tests & washes, seam strength & shrinkage performance, etc
