∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In-depth knowledge of CAD software- Lectra & Winda
∎ Should have 5-6 years' practical experience as a CAD Manager
∎ Development of new soft pattern prepares depending on the customer requirement
∎ Revise costing booking must be corrected & maker efficiency should be 99 % achieved.
∎ Capacity to mail communication and good relation with the buyers, merchandisers, sample team and factory production staffs.
∎ Must be knowledge on bulk size set grading on S/B 99 %. Also, there will be a friendly production process & achievement.
∎ Must have to do the risk analysis before the working.
∎ Always have to check & make sure the own responsibility.
∎ Preparing a mini-marker to calculate material consumption for costing purpose.
∎ Reducing cost by achieving optimum marker efficiency and accuracy.
∎ Creating designs to be used as the basis for finished products.
∎ Reviewing customer orders for accuracy and making any necessary adjustments to ensure satisfaction with the finished product.
∎ Working with computerized embroidery machines to create designs for fabric patterns.
∎ Developing new textile products by creating designs and patterns based on current trends in fashion or other industries such as home décor or automotive.
∎ Consulting with clients to determine their needs and preferences, such as specific colors or fabrics.
∎ Consulting with marketing staff to develop a brand image for the company or product line.
∎ Creating and managing colorways and color matches for textile designs, fabric swatches.
∎ Analyzing competitors' products and designing new products that improve upon previous designs.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge and experience on all kind woven fabrics, Jacket & Coats, Vests, Overalls, Coveralls, Pants & Shorts, Hunting Wear, Hi-Vis, Sweatshirt garments.
