Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and result-oriented Head of Technical to lead and manage the technical department. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise and the ability to drive operational excellence, innovation and continuous improvement across production, engineering and technical functions.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage overall technical operations of the factory.

  • Provide technical support to Sewing, Cutting, Finishing, IE, Mechanical, Maintenance and Development departments.

  • Ensure optimum machine performance, production efficiency and product quality.

  • Develop and implement technical strategies to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

  • Introduce new technologies, machinery and process improvements.

  • Analyze technical issues and ensure timely and effective solutions.

  • Ensure technical compliance with buyer requirements and industry standards.

  • Manage technical teams and enhance their skills through training and performance evaluation.

  • Prepare and present technical reports to top management.

  • Ensure technical compliance with buyer requirements, industry standards and safety regulations.

  • Collaborate with Quality, Production, IE and Compliance team to ensure product excellence.

  • Lead technical projects such as new machinery installation, product development and process innovation.

  • Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance competitiveness.

  • Build, mentor, and evaluate technical teams to achieve high performance.

  • Set KPIs and monitor departmental performance.
