• Coordination with Merchandising Team – reviewing order summary of next 3 months, gather production planning, prepare inspection planning.

• Coordinating with buyer QA team (if 3rd party or through buyer local offices);

• Resolving quality issues at needle point and ensure daily productions are up to mark;

• Monitoring daily productions to ensure on time shipment;

• Ensuring and checking Size Set samples, Test samples, and shipping samples as per deadline set by Merchandising team;

• Conducting Risk analysis meeting at production floor (45 days prior or shipment date) with vendor merchandising, QA, production, and technical team, Size Set / PP meeting;

• Resolving Factory pattern / CAD consumption dispute;

• Any other assignment given by Management / ED / AGM / GM
