∎ Report to: Head of sales & Marketing
∎ Position Summary:
∎ We are looking for an experienced Manager - Brand & Marketing to develop and implement marketing activities that increase brand value, awareness and market share. As a Brand & Marketing Manager you will work closely with different teams to create and execute marketing initiatives that resonate with the target market and increase sales. You will also be tasked with developing budgets, forecasting sales figures and assessing KPIs and ROI.
∎ To be successful as a Brand & Marketing Manager, you should have a good understanding of consumer behavior, be up-to-date on market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity. You will also be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, developing go-to-market strategies and reporting on brand performance.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity.
∎ Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates.
∎ Aid in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the company's brand identity.
∎ Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending.
∎ Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
∎ Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs.
∎ Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability.
∎ Build relationships with influencers, journalists and media outlets.
∎ Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
∎ Increasing product sales and market share.
∎ Shape and communicate our vision and mission.
∎ Devise innovative growth strategies.
∎ Create designs and layouts for media outlets.
∎ Manage and develop P&L and driving market growth.
∎ Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives.
∎ Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
∎ Collaborating with different teams such as marketing, creative, legal, etc.
∎ Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns.
∎ Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
∎ All other duties as directed by the Higher Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have three years proven experience in the following business area(s): LPG Industry or Similar sector.
∎ Proven working experience in business development as a Manager/ Deputy Manager in relevant field.
∎ Expert knowledge about marketing and related subjects (advertising, market research, consumer behavior, marketing analytics) culled from years of hands-on experience in the industry and in the marketing field.
∎ Skills:
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
∎ Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
∎ Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
∎ Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies.
∎ Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.
∎ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Power Point/Word.
∎ Strong ability to organize effectively, delegate responsibility, solves problems quickly and communicates clearly.
∎ Meticulous attention to detail.
∎ Strong work ethic.
∎ An overall "CAN DO" attitude.
∎ Skills Required : Related Field.
